These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Echelon Group PR LLC, doing business as PR Desk (“PR Desk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a California limited liability company with offices at 500 N. Brand Blvd., Glendale, CA 91203.
By accessing or using our platform at prdesk.ai (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PR Desk is an AI-powered platform for public relations professionals. The Service includes tools for trend prediction, pitch drafting, media list generation, briefing book creation, activity tracking, awards discovery, and event/speaking opportunity identification. All AI-generated content is produced using third-party language models and web search APIs and is intended as a professional aid, not a substitute for human judgment.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and promptly notify us at hello@prdesk.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
New subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial, but you are not charged during it. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged at all. If you do not cancel, your payment method is automatically charged the plan price when the trial ends, and monthly thereafter until you cancel. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' advance notice. All fees are in US dollars.
You may cancel at any time through your billing settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancelling during the free trial ends your access when the trial ends, with no charge. Cancelling after the trial stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Subscription charges are non-refundable, as described in our Refund Policy.
PR Desk supports team-based organization accounts. The account owner who subscribes is responsible for all activity by invited team members. Seat limits are determined by your subscription tier. Organization accounts share a single generation pool across all members.

Our IP: The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Echelon Group PR LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your content: You retain ownership of all content you input into the Service (client names, activity data, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
AI-generated outputs: Outputs generated by the Service (media lists, pitches, briefings, etc.) are provided to you for your use. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs. However, similar outputs may be generated for other users given similar inputs, and we make no guarantee of exclusivity.
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors. Reporter contact information, trend predictions, award details, and other outputs should be independently verified before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for how you use the outputs.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PR DESK AND ECHELON GROUP PR LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Echelon Group PR LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days following account closure, after which it will be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice within the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
