Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. We ask for a payment method up front, but you are not charged during the trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you are never charged — nothing to request, no refund needed.
When you subscribe, your 7-day free trial begins immediately and you get full access to your plan. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is automatically charged the plan price at the end of day 7, and monthly thereafter until you cancel. You can see your plan and trial status any time in your billing settings.
Go to your billing settings and choose Manage in Stripe, then cancel your subscription. Cancelling during the free trial ends access when the trial ends and you are never charged. Cancelling after the trial stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. You can also email hello@prdesk.ai if you need help cancelling before your trial ends.
Because every plan includes a 7-day free trial that you can cancel at no cost, subscription charges are non-refundable. This includes charges that occur because a trial was not cancelled before it ended, renewal charges, and plan upgrades. Please use your free trial to evaluate PR Desk and cancel before it ends if it is not the right fit.
One-time bonus credit pack purchases are non-refundable, as credits are available for immediate use upon purchase.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in clear abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or trials to circumvent these terms, or bulk-extracting AI-generated content during a free trial with no intent to subscribe.
