Every account starts with a 7-day free trial. No credit card, no charge, nothing to cancel if you decide it's not for you. To keep using PR Desk after the trial, you choose a plan and enter a payment method — and you're charged for that plan at that point.
When you create an account, your 7-day free trial begins immediately — no card required. During the trial you have limited access (a capped number of generations and reduced feature limits). To continue after the 7 days, choose a plan and provide a payment method; your card is charged for the selected plan at that time, and monthly thereafter until you cancel.
You never need to cancel the free trial — with no card on file, it simply ends and you are not charged. Once you're on a paid plan, cancel any time from your billing settings via Manage in Stripe: future renewals stop and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Because you can try PR Desk completely free for 7 days with no credit card, subscription charges are non-refundable. This includes your first charge when you choose a plan, renewal charges, and plan upgrades. Please use your free trial to evaluate PR Desk before entering a payment method.
One-time bonus credit pack purchases are non-refundable, as credits are available for immediate use upon purchase.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in clear abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or trials to circumvent these terms, or bulk-extracting AI-generated content during a free trial with no intent to subscribe.
